We built The Trust Group to be one of those firms.
Our approach is borrowed, deliberately, from the engineering disciplines that have always demanded the highest standards: aerospace, defense, critical infrastructure. In those fields, an architecture-first methodology, exhaustive pre-development planning, and dedicated specialist teams aren't best practices — they're baseline.
We've brought that baseline to enterprise and commercial software. The result is a firm that consistently delivers faster than the industry standard, with a rework rate under 8%, and systems that hold their SLAs long after launch day.

The Trust Group established in Accra, Ghana
Founded with a mandate to bring disciplined engineering to software that cannot afford failure. First engagements in custom software and AI systems.
2022
Enterprise platform work
Delivered multi-tenant workflow and analytics platforms for enterprise clients. Client identity and SLAs are not published.
2023
Defense & intelligence practice
Expanded into defense-adjacent technology. Engagements in this practice are briefed under NDA only.
2024
Healthcare and commerce systems
Shipped clinical operations and retail commerce / operations software. Client names, facility counts, and commercial metrics are withheld.
